My name is Max. Nice to meet you!
I’m an entrepreneur, father of three, and a private investor. For the past decade, I’ve been studying how to build wealth through stocks and, ultimately, how to create enough passive income to live off dividends and achieve financial freedom.
How MaxDividends Started
No one wants to work forever.
As the years go by, one question becomes increasingly important: can we truly enjoy life without worrying about money or relying on another job just to cover our expenses?
That simple question became the foundation of MaxDividends.
My Dividend Story
Like many people, I became interested in passive income when I realized I wasn’t in my twenties anymore. For me, that moment came around age 35.
I don’t plan to run businesses forever. I love building companies, but I also want the freedom to spend more time with my family, write, travel, and pursue other ambitions outside of work.
Retiring before 50 became my goal.
I started investing more than a decade ago, focusing primarily on growth stocks. Over time, the returns from those investments, combined with years of savings, gave me the opportunity to build a portfolio designed for a different purpose: generating reliable and growing income.
Today, my focus is high-yield dividend growth stocks. Rather than chasing short-term market movements, I focus on building a portfolio that pays me more income every year.
Over time, I simplified my entire investment process and built the MaxDividends Research Platform — the tool I now rely on every day to discover quality dividend stocks, evaluate dividend safety, track income growth, and stay focused on long-term investing.

In addition to that, my team and I use a secret five-step formula to identify businesses built to last forever.
This gives us a double advantage: a rapidly growing, reliable source of passive income and long-term capital appreciation to leave a solid legacy for future generations.
My Passive Income Always Grows
No matter if I keep investing or not. Dividends are guaranteed income. Price growth is potential income.
Am I out walking with my kids? My dividends are growing. Is the oil market shifting, and now isn’t the right time to invest, so you're waiting? My income just grew again.

Every month, every week, every day—while I sleep, eat, shower, walk, or write this post—my income keeps rising.
