On top of that, it’s also connected to live, auto-updated analytics for over 6,000 companies — and counting. Plus, we’ve integrated it with both ChatGPT and Mistral for deeper support.

What’s Next: Q2 Plans

In the second quarter, we’ll focus on two main priorities

Priority #1: Enhancing the Quality of Our Dividend Data

My team and I are working to fully resolve this on our end within the second quarter of this year.

Let me explain what I mean. A simple example: we currently use five data sources to work with financial information. And guess what? Not a single one of them has accurate information on Japanese company dividends. They all provide different data, and yet, they are all equally incorrect.

As an investor, I need to know my actual income for this month and the next. I need clarity on dividend payments, and I want to be 100% confident in the data. But here’s the issue—data providers and even brokers themselves often lack complete and accurate information on upcoming dividend payments!

Another simple example—Dividend Kings: companies that have paid dividends for over 50 years, increasing them every year. You know what? There is a commercial restriction preventing data providers from using historical data beyond 25 years. This means that automatically identifying such companies without managing and enriching the data ourselves is impossible.

This is a serious concern for us because we are building the best dividend app in the world. For the past year and a half, we’ve worked closely with data providers and continue to do so. But this year, it has become clear—there is no single reliable source for dividend information.

And we intend to make MaxDividends that source. We are fully committed to making this happen, and we will. That’s why we are now building our own infrastructure and assembling a new team to take full control of the final data.

So, give us the second quarter of this year.

Priority #2: Finalizing the Full Transition of the Web Version to maxdividends.app

We’ve successfully launched the MaxDividends app on both the Apple Store and Google Play—but the web version of the platform is still ahead. That’s our focus for the current quarter.

The product’s website will soon have its own standalone identity. The new name—maxdividends.app—has already been chosen, and we’re now working on handling the technical side of the transition. By the end of Q2 this year, the entire MaxDividends platform will be fully moved to maxdividends.app.
